I have almost got all the floors ripped up and the foam removed finally. My question is how much gluevit should I need to paint the Hull to seal all the rivets? Thanks!

The more you purchase, i.e gallon versus quart, the cheaper. I used a gallon on 2 hulls that were both around 19', and the first hull I used in and out, so figure a gallon can handle about 50" of application. Buying 2 quarts is more expensive than getting a gallon and having some left, but it needs usage based on the shelf life of about a season or two, so, you probably need between 1-2 quarts.

Iused less than a quart on my 16 SS rebuild. I coated the outside below the water line and all lower rivets on the interior. This product goaes a long way. Caution it has to be mixed and only mix what you will use as once it is mixed left over is gome. I had about 1/2 quart left over. at $ 60.00 a quart it is not inexpensive.

2 quarts is more than enough. I used 1 qt on my 18 footer. I bought 2 qts to be safe and you can use it up easliy. It can even be used to seal wood although it's an expensive way to do it. Remember it is not UV resistant, so it must be covered or painted so it will not be exposed to sunlight. You will only need to apply to rivets and seams, but you can put it anywhere you want. Be sure the surface is clean.

I used less than a gallon on my 22' hull. Yah, like the guys said, buying a gallon is cheaper than two quarts. I did dump a bunch in the bow area as I had one little seeper I wanted to get!
