The most important thing to do is cough up one of the extra step pad frames you are going to have for the "Iboats Starmada Splash of the Year" plaque!

I was going to suggest taking 2 12' aluminum boats and start on a smaller scale and see what developes. This is going to be one interesting build...

I think it's great to have ideas like this. To see if it's even possible, go get a copy of Rhino cad and the Orca 3D plugin or Delftship.

Plug your ideas into it and run the stats against it for strength and hydrodynamics. If it plays out in your favor then go for it, if not then no harm no foul.

Bear in mind, I''m not known for having the highest level of sanity. After all, I did the FrankenMerc project...LOL

If I was going to play the gang that is exactly what I would say I would do. Good job there if that is the case

The other option is he is currently planning the hull integrity by starting reading of The Design and Construction of Ships (1908): Vol. I: Calculations and Strength By John Harvard Biles and converting calculations over to aluminum.

I wont be starting this project till December! I have a window tinting business and we so shrink wrapping boats jetskis's and lawn furniture etc...in November and December so I will be very busy and then after December I will be slow until march!


That is what the man said. He also stated the boats are 35 miles away.

Do people actually shrink wrap lawn furniture? That has got to be one of the most anal things of heard of lol.

I have a lawn gnome that needs shrink wrapping.....leave a couple of holes for him to breath through though, I dont want a dead gnome.

This guy flew the coop and had no intention of ever doing something like this imho.
