restoring a 73 starcraft. problem have boat hull no and vw regeration need to title in ohio anyideas

Best bet is to call the Dept. Motor Vehicles or whoever does titles and ask them. Most are very helpfull.

Trailer it to your nearest Ohio division of watercraft office. They will inspect it, and do a title search using the hull vin and or registration #'s. Based upon there finding they will instruct you in the next steps necessary to create you a new correct number of digits vin # and title. If the title search process is going to take a long time and you would like to put it on the water, they can help you get a temporary registration.
