Starcraft Closed bow to open bow conversion

Looking for advice on how to go about converting my 69 jupiter to a open bow boat. I would like to leave the windsheild and build two **** pits and have a walk through.

Welcome to the tin madness! First off, you are considering an action deemed sacreligous.... however if you really want to, look at the restoration thread stickied at the top and down in the Jet section Jasoutside did it.....
