I know this may be goofy ... but why not. After posting in the "boat speed" thread, that my speed is .5 mph or as fast as I can pull it along with furniture dollies. I fig we need to create a Starcraft Olympics (Since some of the following tasks are challenging enough)

1. Time it would take to pull SC 20 yards with 3 furniture dollies.

2. How many times in 4 minutes can you climb up and down a step ladder, while holding a piece of cut floor ply.

3. Whats the fastest time to gluvit an interior hull (16')

Anyone else have competition ideas :D

(This is for a future tinstock event............LOL)

Finding tools that you just had.
Getting things from outside the boat when you're inside, or from inside while you are out.

Re: Starcraft Olympics:

Speed riveting, using an old fashioned pop riveter that bottom feeders like me use. One minute, most rivets wins.:)

Right after that event we could have the rivet removal contest, cordless drill, first one to remove 10 wins.

Also a craigslist event, 5 minutes to find the cheapest 16 footer currently listed with photos.:)

I love the discus idea:D

A few more:

Paint stripping, most sq. inches removed in 10 minutes - no power tools
Rub rail removal and replacement
Bow cap removal
And an all time favorite - Wet poured foam removal followed by the foam discus throw

I bet I am in the running on this one, it sure seems like a slow process compared to the others on here.

Jab123 - where are you in WNY - I am in EA.

The two person - "you hold the 3/8" nut under the deck and I'll tighten it from up top" event.
