Starter motor on 71 33hp rude

Hi I have a 1971 SKI TWIN 33hp rude mod no 33152f ser no b.3105 and my starter is slow and smokey I am looking to replace it with a new one I found on the internet but I cant find the part number to ensure i will be ordering the right part I know they were used for lots of moters from 20-40hp can you help??

OEM starter motor number is: 0380239

look on e-bay before you nuy elsewhere

x2 on ebay. I just bought one off there a couple weeks ago and it was cheapest price that I found anywhere.
