Starter switch troubles

My '96 Volvo deisel AD41P will not shut off with the switch. This occurs sporadically this season but is becoming more frequent. I am not finding where I can buy a replacement. Any ideas?

I also see the tach stopped working yesterday and the hour meter in it as well.

Although this is an electrical issue, it involves a specific engine and drive (Volvo). For quicker response you should post this in the Volvo I/O section. This electrical section is for general electrical issues.
