I just finished my carb cleaning, and impellor replacement for my 18 horse evinrude. I would like to try and start it up for the first time but it's mighty cold here right now.. about 20 degrees. i know the lower unit oil was thick from the cold, coming out.. Is it Ok to try and barrel run it in temps this cold?

Don't see why not, Woody. Might need some extra choking but it oughta work.

Be sure to fully drain the water when done. :)

I had my boat out Sat & Sunday temp was 9 degrees. It starts up just like any warm day.

That's a musky, floatingwoody. A pike that big would be a real trophy. :)
