Starting issues on a Ranger 89

I got a 89 ranger bass pro last fall. I replaced the steering this spring as it had frozen up. I am not sure if I caused the issue while doing that or not. When I go to start the boat, put the key in, turn it, dash lights come on, I turn the key to start, hear a click in the back of the boat and all the power is out for about 5-8 minutes. Are there breakers in the back of the boat I may need to replace or do I have a wiring issue?

What engine do you have, TS?

You are popping a circuit breaker when you try to start it.

I read in one of the forum post that circuit breaker get weak with age. How do I go about finding it, so I can replace it?
