check all your connections may be corroded somwhere, check the little fuse on the motor itself

Sandy..I would give lots more info if you want a answer...but what you posted this post will be dead in the water in no time....list HP ..year..model....any thing you have done

Replace the remote controls, all electronics under the cowl and the entire wiring harness, that should do it
