Hello,
I just purchased a 1994 Sea Rayder with the 90hp sport jet. It wasn't running. After changing the spark plugs it turned over but ran really rough. I noticed all the fuel/air mixture screws were drastically different. I closed them all and then backed each screw 1 1/2 turns and it seems to run really good. Only problem is, after the engine has cooled down it is difficult to start. Almost as if it isn't getting fuel. Eventually it will start and when it does it sounds really rough for a minute. Would putting a primer bulb inline be recommended? Any suggestions? Does anyone know where the fuel/air mixture screws are supposed to be set? Thanks!

Always include the model#
Compression test first.
Then check for water in the fuel.
Do you need to choke it to restart?

Does the fuel system have an electric pump?
Do the comp test and post the esults along with the serial#
