I have a 2004, 25 hp, 4 stroke, electric start (F25ESHC), I have replaced the starting battery, the starter is very very slow to turn over the engine. Is the starter relay going out, or other part? Once it does turn over, it will start and runs just fine. The problem is that it is very very slow to turn over, like if the battery is weak, I have checked the battery at the shop, good voltage, 800 cold cranking amps. Any suggestions?
