Wondering if anyone can help? ( I'm not a boat guy or very mechanical) I purchased a boat with motor and took it out for the first time today. It has a 1998 Mercury 135 XL. At the dock it started right up took it out to the lake ripped around for about an hour. Then shut it off for 2 minutes. Then it would not turn back over starter was running it was getting fuel but it just wouldn't kick over . Had to get towed back in. Battery was at 12.7 v so had enough juice. Any suggestions greatly appreciated !
