i have purchased a 20112 sarweld 1900 and i am having a problem with it, i have contacted dealer several times and they say someone would call me i got this last summer and had problem less than a month and i still not heard from them. i tired to call starweld and starcraft but all i get is a recordhing about nuying new boats and nearest dealers,, how can i get ahold of a company rep???

Yup ^^^.

Starcraft have pretty well set things up that you must go through the dealer. You could always ask the dealer for a good contact at the company if they aren't helping you out
