Stator ohm values

I have a 1977 Johnson 25 Hp, with electric start. Wondering if my stator is the cause of my no fire issues. Here is what i get:<br />Points A to D 573 <br />Points B to C 38<br /><br />can anyone help me here, I am convinced the powerpack is bad, but not totally convinced if the stator is good!<br />Thanks in advance.

Kickin,<br />If do not have a manual for the engine I would get one. It should tell you the correct ohm values for the stator. <br />Good Luck!
