Stator trouble

The output on my stator was less than 1 volt AC so I ordered a new one and the output on the new one is still less than 1 volt. My meter is working fine but I borrowed a second one to be sure - the results are the same on both meters. Is there anything else I can do other than order a new fly wheel and magnets?

When you're getting this 1v reading is the motor running or are you just cranking it on the starter.

Is the stator DIS-connected from the ignition module?

An internally shorted module will skew test results.
