Can anyone confirm if this works I was told to take the two yellow wires off my rectifier and run the boat that will tell me if I have a bad stator cdi told me this
The two yellow wires are for the battery charging system only and have nothing to do with the ignition. The only tests you can do on it if it's laying on a bench is with an ohmmeter with the proper specs.
Boobie this goes to my problem with the power loss tread because now I'm having a issue so I was told to take those wires off and run the boat to see if it gets any better or is this not correct ?
