If the restaurant is a private place with membership requirements,they can kick who ever they please. If the place is open to the general public and O.J. did not cause a disturbance of any sort,the lawyers will probably win.
But O.J. would never see any damages. If any is awarded,that money would all go towards payment of his debts accumulated in the civil suit against him.
Therefore,my guess is that he will not sue.

it does say streaking news..........I was thinkin maybe he got refused cause he wasn't wearing a shirt or shoes. or pants. or gloves.

Remember those commercials with OJ running though airports? Wonder why they don't air those anymore...................................
