Steering Cable

Does anyone know of a source for a 13' Big T type steering cable that might be less $$$ than the places that show up on searches. Also are there any other after market manufacturers other than Teleflex that might be cheaper?

If youre looking at cables only, try looking at the complete system.

Steering isn't cheap. You just have to suck it up and pay. You don't want it failing on you while you're on the water.

It is certainly true that failure is not an option with steering, but if all you are looking for is cable, you might want to check out hardware stores. I have seen 3/16" vinyl coated cable at a hardware store in my neighborhood.<br /><br />[Edit] Oops, disregard, I thought you were looking for actual cable, just looked to find Big T is different.
