OK, now that Ive sold my 88 60HP, Im going to install the old motor (been sitting since 1997).
- Since I had the 60HP, I have the rotary steering cable system, and would like to make this function with the 1968 40HP. Is this possible? Is the product below the correct part to achieve this??

- The motor has sat since 1997. I about twice yearly, cranked the engine over while squirting oil in the cylinders and WD40 in the carb. What issues do you expect in attempting to start this motor??
