Hello, I have a 1975 Johnson 115 I just installed on my boat. When I was putting the steering cable through the shaft on the outboard, I had a hard time getting it through. Now that it is in and on the boat, it is almost impossible to turn. The steering system was replaced on the boat about 4 years ago. Is there an adjustment or anything to loosen the steering up or is something else going on. Also, this steering system was originally hooked up to a 1975 johnson 70, and I am now trying to hook it up to a 1975 johnson 115, don't know if that makes a difference. Thanks
