steering problems

I've got a 86 johnson 110 on a 83 hydra sport it turns very easy to the right and pulls a small amount to he right but it is very hard to turn left and it turns both ways fine if the motor is not running any suggestions on what to do to get it turn easier it has been greased on the rod thanks

try adjust the tab above the prop. loosen the center bolt and move it. trial and error. does it have a hydrofoil attached to the AV plate. that can cause the same problem. have you tried adjusting the trim.
