Steering wheel free play

Hi, just wondering if anyone can tell me how to adjust the free play out of my steering, it has about a 1/3 of a turn of steering wheel movement.
Is there an adjustment to reduce this.
2004 Bayliner 175, mechanical cable steering only.

Ayuh,... 1st thing to do is Find, Exactly where the slop is....
