Steering Wheel

I recently redid the cable/pulley steering system on my boat. The only problem I'm having now is the whole steering wheel assembly likes to rotate a little bit clockwise which turns my drum at an odd angle not allowing the cable to follow the threads correctly.<br /><br />How to I tighten the steering wheel assembly to the console? Is there a bolt behind the center cap? I figured I better ask before I go trying pull it off.<br /><br />Thanks,<br /><br />Matt

Yes.Also,check that the pullys are line up right.
