Stem to Stern What Happend ?

Anyone know what is going on with Stem To Stern Boat Works?, I
used to order all the hard to get Mercruiser OEM parts wiht great success, but three or four weeks ago I ordered an electronic ignition conversion kit for an old 488 mercruiser, they sent me an order confirmation via email the next day. Still is not delivered. Called both ph# and they are "not in service" cant get their online website either. Anyone know if they are still around ? or just on vacation?

Last time I ordered from them a few months ago it took 5 weeks. I've been using BAM marine, usually takes 2 days.

You may want to do a Google search on them, it appears that there may be other complaints. From what I see it appears that they are no longer in business?

I had a bad experience with Stem to Stern recently too. There is also an eBay store which I used to contact "her". They would not answer anything via the contact stuff on the Website, but did react to the eBay note . . . I'll see if I can find that.

I bought a fuel pump from them last summer, ordering from their web site.Got their auto-reponse, but nothing else. They never answered emails nor messages on their phone answering machine. However, the stuff arrived ok via UPS. I just figured that they were a bargain-seller doing ok but not much for customer relations. After hearing this, doubt if I'll order from them again.

If it was just the site that was down or a phone not working I wouldn't worry but the site is still registered, so that means it was most likely taken down. The same for the eBay store make me think that someone is intentionally trying to fall off the map completely.
The site was taken down, there are no longer any eBay sales, and you say the phone is no longer in service. Either they went out of business or someone died and all of their financial dealings were ended.
