Go outside and curse up a blue streak. You need to do things to let things out of your system so you can stay focused. I have been down that road, lost my Dad and even my first wife........ I do understand the frustration.

You need to focus on family......... grieving is a process that takes some time.

You and your family are in my prayers.

Bob passed away 11:30 last night, peacefully, RIP and what great memories.....mom and daughter, brother, sis in law, his sister too were there, he was out on morphine but they all "talked" to him - had small procedure done in morning, was sedated, never woke up, he knew he was going and ironically enough died on my moms late (died 2 months ago) husbands birthday - mentioned maybe he could hold open St Peters door to help let him in....
