stern rear backrest cushion

Hello, im looking for stern rear backrest cushion that goes on top of motorbox on a 1999 bayliner capri 2050

this backrest cushion flips up so you can access the engine and folds down to be a sunpad.

where can i find a replacement and is it possible to be made by a professional upholstery workshop and how much it might cost.
