I am restoring a 1980 Carver Santa Cruz, and I am looking for the original stickers that go on the outside of the flybridge. Does anyone know where I might find them?

That'll be a tough one. Have you tried the Carver Owners Club? I think the best source will probably be from a long-time Carver dealership.

I have an older Silverton and was lucky to find a pair of original decals for my boat at a dealer. They were lying in an old, dusty display case and priced at $35 EACH. I thought about buying them for a couple years but it was really hard to justify spending that much.

As it turned out, the parts manager let me have them for only $5- after I purchased a $5500 marine generator from them. The guy seemed happy to "get rid" of them.
