sticky needle valves

I posted last nite about my carbs on my 1985 75 hp 3 cyl. I had one carb that wouldn't get gas to the bowl and I cleaned and motor ran good. I left boat sit for about 3weeks and when I went to the lake the motor wouldn't run at all. I found that all three carbs had the needle stuck shut. When I cleaned I noticed that the needles have a rubber tip on then, I figure that all three sticking at once if kinda of a reach . Do you thing that maby I accidently got some ethenol and it made the tips on the needles mushy and that causes to stick?????

do a carb cleaning, and rebuild kit. on all.
