sticky speedo?

Speedometer wasnt working on my 1985 bomber I found out the hole in the foot was stoped up ,got all that unstoped ,unhooked tube from speedo made sure it was clear from foot to speedo ,put air pressure to it ,needle doesnt move,even tried to spray with hose ,still dont move,is it stuck,any ideas?

the speedo is an air pressure guage. if you have a compressor, remove the hose at the pitot (pickup) and hose at speedo blow out from speedo end. while under the console blow air at the speedo connection not high pressure directly into, sort of wave it around the conection. direct blast, will blow the speedo. watch the speedo while you blow air around it. the needle should move. then blow out the pitot, backwards. do not use water to try to clear it.

I blew air from speedo out hole in foot,seems clear,hooked air compreser to tube to speedo ,needle doesnt move,then put short piece of tube on guage,hooked compessor to tube ,needle never moved.

blown diaphram, replace speedo. not repairable.
