what is this single hole on 1 blade only for?

Stiletto is a vented prop. The hole is the vent

That doesn't look like any Stiletto Blade I've ever seen, looks more like a Ballistic.

There is only one hole, and only in front of One Blade? If so, then it either slipped thru Quality Inspection at the Manufacturer, or it is a Prop that someone started to modify, then never finished
