if the roving is down with poly......with no csm between the roving and the substraight.....it has to come out.
poly resin is brittle.....it needs the strands of fiberglass to make it strong.
if you lay a heavy piece of roving down....with no csm under it....in between the weaves of the fabric ...is a resin rich area. that is VERY WEAK......epoxy can do it.....but not poly
