The beam on a rinker 270 is 9'1 which is generous for a 27' boat but yes, its tight and really makes finding the problem tuff. Will hopefully will get a look at it later today...

So looked around a bit today...I pulled the elbow boot and the lower connector off the starboard side, I could undo the clamps by hand. Not 100 ]% it would leak the amount it is leaking but have to eliminate the obvious. The clamps on the water pump are tight. The clamps on the inlet for the foot at the transom asy are a little loose but again, cant imagine leaking that much. That connection is a quick connect and it seems to wobble...like it's not connected good but it does not pull apart.

Will get everything back to together and back in the water...we will see...

Apparently that was it. Put the boat in the water yesterday and no water. Have been scaring with this for I don't know how long...

Glad I found it, feel like a dumb dumb it took so long..when I put the motor back in I was trying to discipline my self as I connected each part, to go back through all the connections before I moved on to the next...never considered for a moment that was it and was contemplating pulling the motor again...
