STILL NO FIRE

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME?. I STILL CAN NOT GET THIS DAAAAM MOTOR TO FIRE. ALL SIX SPARKPLUGS<br />ARE NOT GETTING ANY FIRE. CAN IT BE THE POWERPACKS AND IF SO THIS IS A 225 1996 JOHNSON<br />ALL REBUILD NEW PISTONS NEW RING NEW EVERYTHING.JUST CAN NOT GET HER TO FIRE OVER .<br />PS PLEASE HELP

This may be a silly Question, but is there a safty switch on the control lever that hooks to your life vest? I have seen this on a Mercury before at the begining of a fishing tournament. The little key was out and laying on the floor. Good luck!
