Still not getting notifications

Has this been fixed?? I have tried all the "fixes" in all the other threads and am still not getting notifications. Is there an admin that can fix this for me? I am on numerous forums and without a notification, I forget to check.

I was shocked yesterday when all of a sudden I started getting new post notifications on all the threads I'm subscribed to. It took a good long while, but I'm glad I'm finally getting them!!
