still trying to find out how this livewell works

This is the biggest compartment i have.There only appears to be a drain in it.there is a switch on the dash that says aretor pump but nothing happens when i turn it on.This is on a 91 sea-pro centra 190 boat

Trace the + wire down, you will find the pump. Then follow the hose.

okay no pump.I found the other end of the wire cutoff near a hose under the engine that has a on/off valve instead.Which leads to a drain on the back bottom of the boat.What type of pump do i need?

i saw the one for the transom but my well doesn't have another hole for drain back and to prevent overfilling

I imagine its a CC? If so its proably not a live well. Just storage for life jackets and stuff. Mine is almost the same with a drain. It just drain the water out when it collects.
