About 2 years ago i bought a stilleto prop 10319 to put on my 2003 yamaha 150 two stroke. For various reasons i just got around to installing it today. The splines mesh but the prop has about 3/4 of inch play forward and back with the nut tight. Do i need a different spacer?

Welcome to IBoats,

If the prop it's a different Yam brand will surely need a different spacer, contact the prop manufacturer and ask them direct..

An old marine dealer, near popular waters probably has a shelf full of used props. He also should have a box full of spacers and if your dealer was like the one I visited, I swapped props with him, one I bought for a different engine for one that would work on my current engine and finding that my existing thrust washer was too large in diameter for my Laser II, I took the box out to the boat and played with the contents till I got the right one......even swap.
