Stolen boat

Been scanning Craigs list. Some too good to be true prices....obviously a no no. Also find a lot of trailer only sales and one has to ask, where did the seller acquire the trailer and does he have a receipt for the license plate, or does it even have one........some are mighty suspicious

Or a prop shows up or an engine cowling, or lower unit or whole engine without controls and some with controls, on and on.
