My 1994 Fast Strike makes a whining sound when I trim it up. It doesn't do so when I trim down. It also does not trim up as smoothly as it once did...it seems to jerk. I'm not much of a mechanic (as I'm sure you have guessed by now)but I would like to sound halfway intelligent about the problem when I take my boat to the service center. Any counsel would be appreciated.
