Just wondering, I store my boat(40 hp Merc outboard, aluminum 17') heinz.forster@copart.com in garage always, if tanks are half or entirely full, would it be better to store them away/outside during season? I take it out most weekends. Thanks, Heinz

Condensation occurs when the temperature alternates. When kept in a garage the tanks keep a more constant temp. and (theoretically) would be less condensating.

Another issue is the risc in case of fire. You garage should be well ventilated - also for the sake of everything else in there.

Thanks I think I'll just unhook them from fuel line and store by vent in garage, hate to dump 1/2 tank of good premix/gas. :) Heinz
