Yup Roscoe, You have a point, (probably the reason I wait to use the 4X4 until I need it). Front wheel drive cars pull ya in the direction ya want ta go so you can get over confident. A real wheel drive, (or a conventional 4X4 in 2X4 does keep a person aware of the conditions). If you are drivin' a front wheel drive or AWD the stopping conditions can bite ya as you think the stoping is just as good as your traction, (which most times it is not).JR
