If I do leave it for the off season then would it be suggested to simpy screw the marine plywood down then in the off season take it up, remove foam / repair stringers then put the deck back down and epoxy fiberglass it in? I guess I coud put the rug down in the boat buy glue it a little so it could be easily torn back up for reinstall later. Or, I could just do it all now. I already have most of the floor out. I'll take the rest out, remove foam and repair the bad stringers. We shall see. I'll put more photos up as I go through the process. Thanks everyone for the help!

How are the engine mounts, and stringers in the back, and transom?

Since you are repairing the stringers I would just screw it now as it will be easier to just take the screws later and do the repair. You definetly can do it now, especially if you have the time to work on it day after day, but let me assure you it will not be a 40 hours job as you have to work in fiberglass and curing times will slow you down. I rather have my boat running during he season rather than spend even one week repairing it. Of course, if it is a safety issue then fix it right away. You will have time to do this in the off season, even if you are in Florida...

The engine mounts in the back look and feel very strong. As I said, the engine starts and runs and does not shake around at all but is firmly secured to the mounts and the mounts are firmly secured to the stringers / hull. I attempted to shake the engine but am unable to. The stringer between the 2 main stringers in the back looks fine from what I can see and is strong as I can stand on it and kick the ever living garbage out of it with no cracking or moving. Now, correct me if I'm wrong (New moron here) but the transom is the part of the boat that the outdrive is mounted to and has the hole at the bottom for draining right? If so it is very strong. There is a wooden seat mounted to the back that is extremely strong. I can stand on it with no problem. I just replaced the drive bellow and inspected everything back there. All looks good. If I remove all of the foam, inject new foam (if desired) repair a few stringers, fiber everything in, put down deck and carpet how long should this take? I'm a pretty quick worker and was hoping I could get it done on 4 weekends working on it both saturday and sunday? Thanks again for the interest in this issue.
