NO paint is good for prolonged underwater use..only gel
..
I also dont really know of an Epoxy paint. I know AWL grip LP or Sterling is best of the best ( but not really repairable if you scratch it ). The others are basically Urethane Enamels ( Imron/Awlcraft 2000 ). Or you have enamels..or whatever..
I allways use epoxy primers however.. ( US PAINT stuff personally ). You really should prime..then paint. But your going to have to find out what paint system you use to match the primer.
