If a bearing was spun then most often you don't hear a squeal it more like a rod knocking. If it is a bearing, the crank comes out and gets machined and/or polished, then a new bearing can be installed.

Always good to go with easy into all new parts, don't have to but best

Make sure the squeal you heard was inside the motor and not a belt or bearing in something like the alternator or PS pump

Well, I put new bearings in right after install, the oil pump drive shaft was seized in the old block and I didn't realize it. We were setting the timing at an idle without the out drive on it. We ran the hose directly into the water intake for the outdrive and it was going fine. The hose had popped out and just as my Buddy said it cam out I was literally turning the key off and heard a small squeal and seized it. Pulled the motor, got new bearings, crank looked fine, none spun, just blue. So I got lucky, put a new oil drive rod in, changed oil 2 times to flush block and all new bearings. The sound i heard today reminded me of that and the knock is load at start up.

I appreciate all the input and help, I am pulling the motor out today and taking a look at the destruction. I am wondering if I need a bigger oil pump perhaps? I will put of pics of what I find.

Also, I bought the engine from Marine Reman Engines Corp out of FL. IDK if anyone has experience dealing with them.
