Stuck Cowling !!

Side latch on my Honda 130 cowling pops out but I can’t get it to open . Rear one is fine but can’t get the side one off. Any helpful suggestions. It did this one other time and I got it off, I should have put lithium grease on it but I procrastinated of course. :grumpy::grumpy::grumpy:
