How do you go about removing a fly wheel that is tuck on the crank. I have tried everything to remove this thing and nothing works. I soaked the tapered end in pb blaster overnight and it still wont budge. E35RCRR
Sometimes you have to put tension on the puller and let it set and keep trying to tighten it, maybe tap stright down on the main puller bolt. About the time you think it will never come off it pops and is free.
Make sure you are using grade 8 bolts and have them screwed all the way into the bolt hole.

No, you haven't tried "everything". You haven't tried a proper puller, have you? You can soak it forever and it won't come off. That's what the puller is for. Do it right and you don't need to soak it.
Clean all that soaking stuff off before you reinstall the flywheel. It MUST be clean and dry and you MUST use a torque wrench to tighten the nut to specs. If you don't heed this advice, you risk destroying the motor.
Why are you trying to get it off, anyway? What are you looking for?
I assure you I am using the right puller and I guess I wasnt being patient enough. The reason for removing the flywheel is to replace the top crank seal because it is leaking a little bit. I.E. gas mixture running down side of block from the top.
