OK, no lectures about removing the prop more often. I was doing it yearly, greasing it, etc. then skipped a year, and got what I deserved. Now, any tips for removing the prop? I have already made it unusable by busting off the flared ring on the rear end of the prop, and ground in some notches to attach a two-arm gear puller. I am going to deepen those notches, because the first attempt at using the gear puller failed, merely busting off a small chunk of aluminum from the area near the notch that I created. I have applied a propane torch to the shaft, also with no different result, and flooded the end of the splines with penetrating oil. Any other tricks I haven't tried?
