Studs came out...How to install?

Hello again

I had 2 studs come out on me. 1 front stud on the lower unit and 1 on the back that holds the powerhead on. I think the threads in the head and lower unit are fine, they just back out cause there was rust at the tip of the stud and when the nut got to the bad part, it started to spin the stud out.

How do I reinstall them if all threads are fine? Blue or Red loctite then double nut them and rachet them in snug?

I used epoxy or Marine-Tex instead of locktite. Double nutting them is correct. BTW - the part that screws into the block is course thread.
