Stumped. OMC 235 HP I/O

Are you referencing the exhaust elbow bellows or thermo housing to exhaust manifold hoses? Or both? Thanks!

No the 4" exhaust hoses. Rubber is only good for 250 degrees. Without water, the exhaust is 1200 degrees

Thanks. This is what I get from the manual -

Disconnect the exhaust elbow bellows ( Figure 5 )

• Exhaust manifolds: 909224, 0909224, 909230, 0909230

I believe you have 4 of those.

The major parts have arrived. I'm waiting on the hoses now and I've got to pickup some lubricant. My manual hasn't arrived yet but I think Gear Oil 90 is what I'm reading online.
