So remember that crap I went through with a seller on Ebay last month? You know, the one who would not return my emails for two weeks, then the wife emails to tell me the seller died, and I did not have to do the transaction because the pump for the tilt/trim parts were not right? Something I didn't mention was that the same item went up on ebay right after our exchange, with the same seller, who I thought was dead. Now the dead seller has initiated a dispute because I have not paid for the item that I didn't have to pay for because the item was not correct as listed and the seller was dead.
To say I am pissed is an understatement. I have forwarded all the pertinant info to Ebay, they should resolve it hopefully.
Just as a precaution, watch out for a seller called Tomdford, he is apparently dead and still selling....
